Our story began in 2022, in a small corner of the Netherlands, with nothing more than a fascination for the beauty of bonsai. What once started as a personal passion soon grew into a mission: to let as many people as possible experience what a bonsai can mean. Not only as a decorative piece, but as something that brings calm, requires discipline, and creates a small moment of wonder every day.

In 2023 we launched www.bonsaiwonder.com, a place where love of nature and craftsmanship come together. What started with a few trees on a table grew into the largest bonsai webshop in the Benelux. With customers at home and abroad who all share the same passion: the magic of bonsai.

We select each tree with care and pay attention to shape, health and character. Every bonsai has its own story, and we help that story continue to grow.

Bonsaiwonder stands for craftsmanship and quality. That’s why we work exclusively with authentic bonsai from Asia, the heart of this centuries-old art form. Each tree is carefully selected for health, shape and character, so only the finest specimens make it into our collection. After arrival in the Netherlands, the bonsai trees are placed in our greenhouses, where they continue to be cared for under the best conditions and can recover from their journey. Once a bonsai is in perfect condition, it is carefully packed and shipped to its new owner. This way, Bonsaiwonder guarantees that every tree is special and ready to grow and flourish for many years.
