Easy Care
This unique system consists of three trays:
- Outer tray: Made of ceramic or hard plastic (for the waterfall bonsai).
- Water reservoir: Ensures optimal water management.
- Inner tray: Holds the bonsai firmly in place.
Instructions: Take the trays apart to better understand the system. Fill the water reservoir (middle tray) with 1–2 cm of water and then place the inner tray in it. The water meter indicates whether the bonsai has enough water. Is the meter not working? Then add more water.

Yes, when you purchase one of our bonsai, the pot is included as standard. You will receive the bonsai at home with everything shown in the photo. For bonsai that come with a drip tray, this is included as well.

No, caring for a bonsai doesn’t have to be difficult, especially with the care guide you receive free with your order. On our website you’ll also find a wealth of information. Still have questions? No worries—we’re always here to answer them, even long after your purchase!
Please note: You will not receive the exact same bonsai as shown in the photo. You will receive a specimen with: the same age, height, pot, drip tray (if this is shown in the product photo) and shape. Because every bonsai is unique, unfortunately it is not possible to place a separate photo of every tree on the website. Would you still like to see exactly which bonsai you will receive? Feel free to request a photo. We will then send it to you before packing.
No, we strongly advise against keeping an outdoor bonsai indoors. An outdoor bonsai needs different seasons. Indoors it doesn’t get these, which means it will die after a few months. You can always try, but in that case we can no longer offer a guarantee.
