Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
We only ship our products within the Netherlands and offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard shipping: We ship your order via DPD, PostNL, or BoekUwZending and the delivery time is usually 1-2 business days. The cost of standard shipping is €3.95 .
Please note: Different shipping conditions apply to live plants and fragile vases. See information below.
Postage costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method chosen and the weight of the package.
Shipping Bonsai
We do our best to deliver the Bonsais to you in good condition. We pack the plants carefully so that they are not damaged during transport. However, please note that plants are living organisms and that they can experience stress during transport. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the plants will arrive in the same condition as they left us.
To reduce the chance of damage during transport, we only ship live plants on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This way we can make sure that the plants are not left at the post office over the weekend.
Return broken products
We carefully pack our Bonsais and other products so that they will not be damaged during transportation. However, please note that some products are fragile and can still be damaged during transportation. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send us photos of the vase and packaging. We will do our best to solve the problem.
Shipping times
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before [14:00] are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday. Please note that the delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the busyness of the carrier.
Shipping confirmation
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will find a tracking number with which you can follow your order. Please note that some products, such as live plants and fragile vases, require extra care when shipping. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
